- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. Stove Top stuffing
- 1 large chopped onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 Tbsp. thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach; drain, squeezing out liquid.

2Add remaining liquids; mix well.

3Chill 2 hours or more in refrigerator, then roll into 1-inch balls.

4Place on cookie sheet (can line sheet with heavy Reynolds Wrap for easy cleaning).

5Bake at 300° for 20 minutes, shaking the pan for even cooking.
