  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. cooked stuffing
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 medium onions, chopped

Directions

    Cook spinach; put into colander and squeeze to drain.

    Mix in stuffing, onions, eggs and oleo.

    Mix cheese, Accent and garlic salt, then add to mixture.

    Roll into balls.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Refrigerate over 1 hour.

    Serve hot or cold.
