- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 3 c. herbed seasoned stuffing mix
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions; drain and squeeze to remove moisture.

2Mix all ingredients; roll into balls.

3May be frozen before baking.

4Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 325° for 15 to 24 minutes.

5Will keep frozen up to 6 months.
