- 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm bread dressing
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 Tbsp. Accent
- 2 onions
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- ripe tomatoes
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed; drain.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Refrigerate for an hour.

4Using an ice cream scoop, form balls and place on a flat pan.

5Freeze; store in a plastic bag until ready to bake and serve.

6Place frozen balls on thick tomato slices and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350°. Makes 24 balls.
