  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

    Cook spinach, drain well.

    Add crumbs and rest of ingredients to melted butter.

    Mix well.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Make small balls.

    Put on lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
