- 3 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing is best)
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. margarine
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Mash

3a little at a time through colander to remove as much water as possible.

4Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.

5Roll in 3/4 to 1-inch balls. Freeze.

6Thaw and bake

720 minutes at 350°.

8(It is important that the balls be frozen.) Yields 75.
