  • 3 boxes frozen spinach
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (crumbs)
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 c. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. Romano cheese

    Thaw spinach; dry well, then chop. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Roll into small balls (about 1 1/2 inches). Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Can also be frozen before baking. Makes 4 dozen.
