Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Cook spinach following directions on package.

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

    Shape into small balls (1 1/2-inch round).

    Place on a cookie sheet.

    Freeze, then later bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    This batch yields 60 balls.

    Can be made ahead.

    Put in a plastic bag after freezing and put in freezer until ready to cook and serve.
