Spinach Balls

  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 c. packaged herb stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave in refrigerator overnight if possible.

    Form into 1-inch balls and bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

    Makes approximately 50 balls.
