- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 stick margarine
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. packaged herb stuffing mix
- 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and leave in refrigerator overnight if possible.

2Form into 1-inch balls and bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes.

3Makes approximately 50 balls.
