  • 2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. herb bread stuffing mix
  • 2 onions, chopped fine
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. MSG
  • 2/3 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach (squeeze out water). Mix in other ingredients. Make into balls (may be frozen - then bagged and taken out and baked as desired. Thaw 1 hour before baking). Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
