- 2 pkg. spinach, chopped, cooked and drained
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- chopped onion and chive
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Lightly saute onion in oil; set aside to cool.

2Combine other ingredients, then add sauteed onion (drained).

3Chill and roll into balls.

4Freeze now, or bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

5Put butter on hands when rolling balls.

6They are done when they stay together and bottoms are light brown.
