  • 2 large onions
  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, drain and patted dry
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 3/4 c. melted oleo
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix and shape into balls (makes 5 dozen).

    Cook at 350° for 20 minutes. Freeze, if desired. Thaw and bake.
