  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 6 eggs (small)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Thaw and drain chopped spinach.

    Blot with paper towels until most of moisture is out of spinach.

    Beat eggs with mixer.

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

    Shape into large or small balls. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown edges show.
