- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 6 eggs (small)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Thaw and drain chopped spinach.

2Blot with paper towels until most of moisture is out of spinach.

3Beat eggs with mixer.

4Stir in remaining ingredients.

5Shape into large or small balls. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until light brown edges show.
