  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 onion (small to medium), minced fine
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. ground thyme

    Mix all ingredients; chill for an hour.

    Shape into bite-size balls.

    For later use, freeze on a cookie sheet, then place in plastic bags.

    To heat, place on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350° (longer if frozen).
