- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and well drained
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 onion (small to medium), minced fine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. melted butter or oleo
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 Tbsp. garlic salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/4 tsp. ground thyme
Directions

1Mix all ingredients; chill for an hour.

2Shape into bite-size balls.

3For later use, freeze on a cookie sheet, then place in plastic bags.

4To heat, place on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350° (longer if frozen).
