  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm shredded stuffing
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 6 eggs

Directions

    Thaw and squeeze water out of spinach (as much as possible). Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on bag.

    Add to stuffing: spinach, Parmesan cheese, butter and beaten eggs.

    Mix thoroughly.

    Roll into balls and freeze.

    Before serving, bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
