- 2 pkg. frozen spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm shredded stuffing
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 6 eggs
Directions

1Thaw and squeeze water out of spinach (as much as possible). Prepare stuffing mix according to directions on bag.

2Add to stuffing: spinach, Parmesan cheese, butter and beaten eggs.

3Mix thoroughly.

4Roll into balls and freeze.

5Before serving, bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
