Spinach Balls

- 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chicken-flavored commercial stuffing
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook spinach according to package directions and drain in sieve, pressing out as much moisture as possible with back of spoon.

2In medium bowl, combine spinach, stuffing mix, Parmesan cheese, eggs, butter and salt and pepper to taste.

3Mix thoroughly and roll in balls the size of large marbles, about 1 1/2-inches in diameter.

4Place on cookie sheet and freeze.

5After balls are completely frozen, remove and store in plastic bag in freezer.
