- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 3 c. herbed season stuffing
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain well.

2Squeeze.

3Combine spinach with all ingredients; mix well.

4Shape spinach mixture into 3/4-inch balls.

5Place on cookie sheet at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 11 dozen.
