  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. herbed season stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Squeeze.

    Combine spinach with all ingredients; mix well.

    Shape spinach mixture into 3/4-inch balls.

    Place on cookie sheet at 325° for 15 to 20 minutes. Yields 11 dozen.
