- 2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 c. cornbread stuffing, put through blender
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Mix together and form into balls using 1/3 cup measuring cup. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and freeze.

2Place in plastic bag and store until ready for use.

3Bake on ungreased cookie sheet, 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

4You may put a thick slice of tomato underneath before baking.
