  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing crumbs
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

    Let stand covered 1 hour.

    Form into 1-inch balls.

    You can refrigerate overnight to cook next day or bake immediately at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes.
