  • 2 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. soft oleo
  • 2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed on box.

    Drain; mix all ingredients together.

    Chill 2 to 3 hours.

    Roll into balls the size of a walnut.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
