Spinach Balls

  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farms herb stuffing (1 pkg.)
  • 1 large onion
  • 3/4 c. oleo, melted
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent seasoning

Directions

    Cook spinach, drain and press out all water.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Make into balls (about 1 inch) and put on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.

    Makes 55 to 60 balls.
