- 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. each)
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix
Directions

1Cook spinach according to directions on package; set aside to cool.

2Drain thoroughly.

3Melt margarine.

4Saute onion, then remove from heat.

5Add remaining ingredients and spinach.

6Mix well and refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more, until mixture is stiff enough to roll into balls.
