Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach (10 oz. each)
  • 3/4 c. margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped fine
  • 1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing mix

Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions on package; set aside to cool.

    Drain thoroughly.

    Melt margarine.

    Saute onion, then remove from heat.

    Add remaining ingredients and spinach.

    Mix well and refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more, until mixture is stiff enough to roll into balls.
