- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed on package.

2Drain and press out as much water as possible.

3Melt oleo and beat eggs slightly.

4Add chopped onion and eggs to melted oleo.

5Add cheese; mix well.

6Add spinach and stuffing mix.

7Refrigerate for 1/2 hour. Form into balls (about 1 1/2-inch).

8Put on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes until lightly browned on bottom, at 350°.
