- 4 eggs
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
- 1/2 small chopped onion
- 3/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions

1Slightly beat eggs.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3Shape into balls the size of walnuts.

4Refrigerate 30 minutes before baking.

5Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

6Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

7Can be frozen after baking.

8Yield: 4 dozen.
