  • 2-1/2 to 3 cup diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 2 tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges, well drained.
  • 1 cup sliced seedless grapes (red
  • white)
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions

    Combine the chicken, celery and green onions.

    Mix in salt and lemon juice; chill covered several hours.

    Add oranges, grapes and almonds.

    Toss with mayonnaise, being careful not to break up orange slices.
