- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook spinach and drain.

2Squeeze liquid out when draining spinach.

3Mix all ingredients thoroughly; chill 2 hours or more. Roll into balls one inch in diameter.

4Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use.

5Bake about 30 minutes until golden.

6Makes 4 to 5 dozen balls.
