  • 3 tsp. chopped onions
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 6 Tbsp. flour
  • 10 1/2 oz. can chicken broth
  • 1 1/3 c. milk
  • canned ham, diced
  • 1/2 recipe Bisquick dough

Directions

    Saute onions in margarine in 1 1/2-quart pan on stove.

    Use a whisk and stir in flour; makes a paste.

    Add broth and milk and stir over medium heat until thickened.

    Add ham.

    Pour into buttered baking dish.

    Mix dough and roll out 1/2-inch thick.

    Cut and arrange on top of ham mixture.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until brown.
