Spinach Balls

  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2/3 tsp. thyme
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach (frozen)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. margarine, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan, grated

Directions

    Cook and drain spinach.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Line cookie sheet with foil and drop mix in balls.

    Cook for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Makes 6 to 8 dozen.

    May be frozen until ready to cook and serve.
