Spinach Balls

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 1/2 c. stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 c. softened margarine

Directions

    Cream margarine and eggs with a fork.

    Add stuffing mix, cheese and spinach.

    Roll into balls.

    Freeze for 10 to 15 minutes on cookie sheet.

    Bake 8 minutes at 350°.
