  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, drained
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Accent
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. butter

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Add all ingredients in order. Shape into balls.

    Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.

    These may be frozen in advance and baked when needed.
