  • 2 boxes chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1 finely chopped medium onion
  • 6 eggs, beaten well
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Cook spinach for 5 minutes and drain well.

    Mix ingredients and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Shape into balls and bake at 350° for twenty minutes on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
