Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
  • 2 c. herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook, drain and squeeze dry the spinach.

    Mix all ingredients together with the spinach.

    Form into bite size balls.

    Freeze on cookie sheets.

    When almost frozen can be stored in plastic bags in freezer.

    Cook from freezer, 15 to 20 minutes at 350°.
