- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
Directions

1Defrost and drain spinach, pressing to remove excess liquid. Mix with remaining ingredients and shape into 1-inch balls.

2Place on baking dish.

3Microwave 2 minutes on High or bake at 325° for about 20 minutes.

4These may be frozen before baking but no longer than 2 weeks.
