  • 20 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. herb stuffing mix, crushed
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 3/4 c. softened margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. each: thyme, pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed on package.

    Drain well.

    Mix with other ingredients.

    Shape in 1-inch balls.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until firm on a greased cookie sheet (can do night before).
