- 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 4 c. Stove Top stuffing
- 2 medium onions, chopped fine
- 6 eggs
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. thyme leaves
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Thaw and squeeze all liquid from spinach.

2Prepare Stove top according to directions.

3Beat eggs.

4Add all ingredients together and mix well.

5Chill for 2 hours.

6Roll by hand into bite size balls.

7Bake for 30 minutes at 300° or until light brown.

8Serve with a sweet and sour sauce.
