  • 4 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 4 c. Stove Top stuffing
  • 2 medium onions, chopped fine
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. thyme leaves
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Thaw and squeeze all liquid from spinach.

    Prepare Stove top according to directions.

    Beat eggs.

    Add all ingredients together and mix well.

    Chill for 2 hours.

    Roll by hand into bite size balls.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 300° or until light brown.

    Serve with a sweet and sour sauce.
