  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 1 c. chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

    Beat eggs thoroughly.

    Add spinach after being squeezed as dry as possible.

    Add rest of ingredients; roll into 2-inch balls. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°.
