  • 2 pkg. chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. cornbread stuffing mix
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 c. softened butter
  • pinch of salt and pepper

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients.

    Form into balls.

    Freeze on cookie sheet.

    Bake frozen balls in 350° oven for 10 minutes or until bubbly.

    Makes 60 to 70 bite-size balls.
