  • 2 pkgs frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 onions chopped fine
  • 3/4 c melted butter
  • 1 T garlic salt
  • 1/2 T pepper
  • 1 1/2 c Pepperidge Farm Herb-Seasoned Stuffing
  • 6 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2/3 t thyme

    Cook and drain spinach

    Make into bite size balls

    Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees

    Can be frozen and thawed 1 hr before baking
