  • 20 oz frozen chopped spinach -- drained well
  • 2-1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm Herb Stuffing Mix
  • 1 each onion, large -- grated
  • 3/4 cup margarine -- melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 5 each eggs -- beaten
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper and thyme
  • HORSERADISH DIP
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Prepared horseradish to taste
