- 20 ounces frozen spinach, cooked and well drained
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing mix
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 34 cup butter, melted and cooled
- salt
- pepper
- 14 cup onion, chopped
Directions

1Combine all ingredients and mix well.

2Roll into balls the size of walnuts.

3Place on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350 for 10 minutes, or until brown.

5These freeze well and can be reheated and are great to take to a party.
