  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. each crumbled thyme and black pepper

Directions

    Blend all ingredients well. Shape into 1-inch balls and bake at 325° for 20 minutes on lightly greased cookie sheet.
