  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumb stuffing
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 c. dry Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. dry Romano cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Cook spinach and drain well.

    Mix all other ingredients; add spinach.

    Make 1-inch balls, place on cookie sheet and let stand 1/2 hour.

    Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
