- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 1 large onion, chopped fine
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 c. melted oleo
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumb stuffing
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
Directions

1Cook spinach as directed; drain well.

2Add bread crumbs and eggs.

3Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

4Make small balls.

5Bake on cookie sheet in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
