  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 large onion, chopped fine
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted oleo
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumb stuffing
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme

Directions

    Cook spinach as directed; drain well.

    Add bread crumbs and eggs.

    Add rest of ingredients and refrigerate overnight.

    Make small balls.

    Bake on cookie sheet in 350° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
