  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 to 3 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Cook spinach according to directions on package and drain well. Combine spinach with other ingredients and shape into bite size balls. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
