- 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese *
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing *
- 3/4 c. butter, softened
- onion pieces or salt
- garlic salt
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together and chill.

2Roll into small balls.

3Place on cookie sheet.

4Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Can freeze in Baggies before baking for future use.

5Bake for 20 minutes, if frozen.
