Spinach Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese *
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing *
  • 3/4 c. butter, softened
  • onion pieces or salt
  • garlic salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and chill.

    Roll into small balls.

    Place on cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Can freeze in Baggies before baking for future use.

    Bake for 20 minutes, if frozen.
