- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, cooked
- 1 (16 oz.) cottage cheese
- 1 c. crushed bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. mushrooms
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
- 16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 tsp. basil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Combine spinach, cottage cheese, bread crumbs, eggs, mushrooms and green pepper.

2Pour in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Spread sour cream over top.

3Spread 1/2 of spaghetti sauce over top.

4Spread 1/2 of Mozzarella cheese.

5Repeat another layer of sauce and cheese.

6Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
