Spinach Bread

  • 1 French stick
  • 1 lb. bulk sausage (hot or sweet)
  • 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and well drained

Directions

    Cut top from bread. Remove bread from bottom.

    Saute sausage. Cool.
  3. 3
    Layer sausage, spinach and top with cheese.

    Wrap in foil and bake for 10 minutes at 350°.

    Unwrap and slice.

    Serve warm.
