  • 1 pound dough Bridgeford frozen
  • 3 ounces pepperoni cubed
  • 2 packages chopped frozen spinach
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg beaten save tiny bit for brushing
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Directions

    Thaw dough to room temperature.

    Divide into two parts and roll each into a 6x10 sheet.

    Squeeze spinach dry.

    Add all ingredients to spinach, mixing well.

    Spread 1/2 of the spinach mixture onto each sheet of dough.

    Roll like a jelly roll.

    Brush top with egg.

    Place on a cookie sheet sprinkled with cornmeal or greased.
