- 1 pound dough Bridgeford frozen
- 3 ounces pepperoni cubed
- 2 packages chopped frozen spinach
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg beaten save tiny bit for brushing
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 8 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
Directions

1Thaw dough to room temperature.

2Divide into two parts and roll each into a 6x10 sheet.

3Squeeze spinach dry.

4Add all ingredients to spinach, mixing well.

5Spread 1/2 of the spinach mixture onto each sheet of dough.

6Roll like a jelly roll.

7Brush top with egg.

8Place on a cookie sheet sprinkled with cornmeal or greased.

9Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
