  • 1 loaf Italian Bread
  • 1/4 cups Salted Butter, Room Temperature
  • 4 cloves Garlic, Pressed
  • 2 whole Tomatoes Sliced (farm Fresh Or The Best Quality You Can Find)
  • 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded

Directions

    Slice Italian bread in half lengthwise.

    Combine pressed garlic and butter to make a paste.

    Spread garlic butter on the 2 halves of Italian bread and place on a cookie sheet.

    Distribute tomato slices evenly over the halves and sprinkle with all of the mozzarella cheese .

    Place in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and just beginning to brown.

    Cool and slice.
