- 1 loaf Italian Bread
- 1/4 cups Salted Butter, Room Temperature
- 4 cloves Garlic, Pressed
- 2 whole Tomatoes Sliced (farm Fresh Or The Best Quality You Can Find)
- 8 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded
Directions

1Slice Italian bread in half lengthwise.

2Combine pressed garlic and butter to make a paste.

3Spread garlic butter on the 2 halves of Italian bread and place on a cookie sheet.

4Distribute tomato slices evenly over the halves and sprinkle with all of the mozzarella cheese .

5Place in the oven at 350F for 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and just beginning to brown.

6Cool and slice.
