- 1 lb. fresh bread dough
- 1 pkg. fresh spinach, cooked
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 egg white
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Roll out dough on floured surface to form a rectangle.

3Spread cheese, then spinach.

4Sprinkle on fresh garlic. Fold over dough and tuck in ends to form a loaf. Slit top and wash with egg white.

5Place on a greased and floured cookie sheet.

6Bake in a 350° oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown. Serve as an appetizer or side dish with salad.
